A landmark systematic review and meta-analysis of observational studies showed no association between saturated fat consumption and all-cause mortality, coronary heart disease (CHD), CHD mortality, ischaemic stroke, or type 2 diabetes in healthy adults."

Is that just a little more than interesting? And, comforting. Especially to those of us who really enjoy our butter and meats?

When you deprive your body of the necessary fats it needs to heal properly and maintain strong yet elastic cellular structure, you greatly increase your chance of getting Peyronies Disease again.

It is NOT animal fat that causes veins and arteries to get clogged. It is the body's inability to burn these fats due to:

  • dehydration
  • sugar consumption
  • lack of B vitamins
  • trans fats

If you are to keep your sexual equipment healthy, and free from future developments of Peyronies Disease, you are going to need to eat plenty of the good healthy fats.

I have often been asked why some men can eat crap all day long and never have a curved penis problem, while others, with a seemingly good diet get a bent one.

Well some men can smoke 3 packs of cigarettes a day and drink a half bottle of hard alcohol each day and live past 80. My Uncle did both and lived to 83.

Some people just seem to inherit bullet proof bodies. But, most of us don't. And, most of us just can't survive this kind of self abuse.

Some other people inherit systems with greater weaknesses. Their bodies need more care than normal.

Those men whose mending abilities are genetically impaired will tend to be in the Peyronies group. But, with adequate nutrition (especially the proper fats), they can and will heal quite normally.

More importantly, if the man's nutrition is corrected he has very little, if any, chance of having a Peyronies condition happen again!

There are so many different diets out there that for most people it is all too confusing.

It's really quite simple to figure out once you understand the way the human body was created.

As much as possible: cut out all the sugars, processed foods, and all the crap from your diet. Get rid of the grains also. Add at least a teaspoonful of pure fish oil and see how different you feel!
